We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Ambassador.

As a Travel Ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer's experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening
  • Determining the most suitable rental options for customers based on their requirements
  • Communicating rental procedures and guidelines effectively
  • Completing rental bookings in a timely and efficient manner
  • Answering customer questions and inquiries

Requirements:
  • A full and valid driver's license
  • A willingness to work on a rotational roster that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles
  • The ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
