We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Receptionist to provide exceptional guest service at our park.

Job Description
  • Deliver high standard customer service, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience.
  • Efficiently process guest check-ins and outs while maintaining accurate records using the park booking system.
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to track accommodation readiness and ensure seamless guest transitions.
  • Provide guests with valuable information regarding property facilities and local attractions.
  • Perform daily office administration tasks, maintaining a well-organized work environment.
  • Nurture excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Previous front office experience within the hospitality industry.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable reservation systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • A valid driver's license.
