About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador at our Bells Creek display home in Aura.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our award-winning homes to prospective clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales or customer service within residential building and construction.

About the Role
  • You will be the initial point of contact for many of our clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive at our display home.
  • Promote the Simonds brand and products, helping to drive potential sales and grow our business.
  • Work collaboratively with our sales consultants to provide general assistance and support as required.
  • Record client details via our database and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Maintain the appearance and general tidiness of the display home, ensuring it is always presented in an excellent condition.
  • Compile and restock marketing-related materials, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional items.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to comfortably interact with a diverse range of customers from all different backgrounds and walks of life.

You will also require sound computer literacy skills, with experience using databases and software applications.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and an interest in sales are essential for this role.
