Custom Home Estimator

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-driven Contracts Estimator to join our team, where you will be working on high-end residential projects requiring exceptional estimating skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparing accurate bills of quantities (BOQs), take-offs, and trade package comparisons
- Managing and coordinating sub-contractor quotes and procurement processes
- Drafting and managing contracts and variations in line with project requirements
- Budget tracking and project cost reporting for optimal financial management
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working on luxury homes and a strong knowledge of construction contracts and estimating processes. They will also possess high attention to detail and a proactive, organized mindset, as well as great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team environment.
