Job Title:

Sales and Production Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Production Estimator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for custom homes during sales and production phases, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and validate pricing, fostering strong relationships and achieving project goals.
  • Support the sales team with preliminary budgets and tender pricing, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Assist with cost tracking and provide input on value engineering options, optimizing project outcomes and reducing costs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in production estimating within residential construction, with a focus on custom/architectural homes.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of estimating software and industry-standard processes, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
