Estimating Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results.

About the Role:

  • Guide and manage a team of estimators to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain estimating systems, databases, and Master BOQ.
  • Establish relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality standards.
  • Direct the development and maintenance of the Master Estimate Model Portfolio.
  • Prepare monthly reports on tenders produced, changes to pricing, BOQ's, and order books produced.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in estimating for home builders.
  • Experience in liaising with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Databuild, Planswift, and Client Manager experience is highly desirable.
