We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Estimator to join our team. Domaine Homes is one of the businesses within the Campbell Property Group, a well-established Australian-owned, residential builder renowned for our passionate people, innovative designs, and high-quality homes.

Welcome to your new role with Domaine Homes.

What will you be responsible for?
  • Reviewing Sales paperwork and tender drawings to ensure accurate tenders.
  • Review of council requirements, hydraulics and basix to provide accurate Post contract variations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Supporting business staff by providing pricing to customer facing staff.
What are we looking for?We Are Looking For Someone With
  • At least 2 years of residential estimating experience.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
  • Experience with Framework.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • An understanding of building, construction, or production estimating (advantageous).
  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction (preferred).
