Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Act as a key liaison between Centre Management, the Customer Service Team, and customers, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Assist with sales administration and logistical activities, including data entry, answering telephone enquiries, and updating sales contracts.
  • Contribute to sales operations and requirements, analyzing and preparing sales reports, and coordinating information gathering.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
Requirements
  • Broad knowledge of customer service principles and specific knowledge of sales and marketing activities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to provide support and guidance to customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve customer issues.
  • Competencies include Customer Focus, Decision Making, Interpersonal Ability, and Problem Solving.
