- Assist with sales administration and logistical activities, including data entry, answering telephone enquiries, and updating sales contracts.
- Contribute to sales operations and requirements, analyzing and preparing sales reports, and coordinating information gathering.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
- Broad knowledge of customer service principles and specific knowledge of sales and marketing activities.
