Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Case Manager to join our Government & Defence team in Adelaide. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in assisting with the relocation of Australian Defence Force (ADF) members and their families across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with relevant parties to complete bookings and arrangements associated with the relocation process.
  • Administer Defence relocation policy and entitlements, ensuring benefits and entitlements are in accordance with policy and client key performance indicators.
  • Deliver a high-quality end-to-end relocation experience to clients through world-class case management, policy compliance, advocacy, and escalation resolution.
  • Manage client expectations, ensuring they understand service scope and the relocation life cycle.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers/stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met and agreed service standards are achieved.
Requirements
  • Case management experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Strong experience working in the customer service industry.
  • The ability to interpret policy and legislation.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft applications.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
