We are seeking a skilled Claims Specialist to spearhead our claims process, ensuring a seamless and empathetic experience for all stakeholders.
This critical role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our members and claimants, requiring strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
The key responsibilities include managing end-to-end claims processes, driving continuous improvement in service excellence, and fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
Our ideal candidate will have significant experience in claims administration and case management, particularly in handling Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD), Income Protection (IP), and Permanent Incapacity claims.
A proactive approach, comprehensive understanding of superannuation and life insurance products, adept negotiation and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
