Claims Specialist Advisor

Key Responsibilities- Provide technical guidance on personal injury and property liability claims, identifying opportunities to exceed service level expectations and key performance indicators.
- Manage a portfolio of sensitive or high-risk claims according to regulatory guidelines, promoting a positive risk culture aligned with the risk governance framework.
- Act as a point of escalation, influencing outcomes that support the team and business goals.
- Participate in claim reviews and performance meetings, providing specialist advice on complex claims and acting as a subject matter expert for the team.
- You will have experience in third-party liability claims, with at least 1 year's experience and a strong understanding of applicable State-based legislation and regulation.
- Tertiary qualifications in law, business, or insurance are desired, but not essential.
- You will possess sound experience in financial line claims, including employment practice liability claims and claims involving tax audits.
