About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathology Team Leader to join our dynamic team at ORS Group. As a key member of our Speech Pathology team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and support to our team of Speech Pathologists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support and guidance to Speech Pathologists in the development of independence in complex NDIS caseloads
  • Manage a small complex clinical caseload in the areas of communication and/or swallowing
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients
  • Contribute to the development of our team culture and scope within the area
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • 3+ years experience as a Speech Pathologist
  • Registered with SPA
  • Prior experience working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting (preferred)
  • A car and licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles
