Speech Pathology Team Leader

The ORS Group is seeking an experienced Speech Pathology Team Leader to join our expanding NDIS division in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical support and leadership to develop independence in complex NDIS caseloads. You will work closely with our Regional Manager to provide operational support to your team and manage a small complex clinical caseload in the areas of communication and swallowing. You will have access to clinical supervision to continue your professional development and be supported to develop leadership skills through our internal supervision program and Management Mentoring training series.
About the Team:
Our Speech Pathology team is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based services to participants aged 0-65. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types. You will be part of a national team of 60+ Speech Pathologists and have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and professionals.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology, 3+ years of experience as a Speech Pathologist, and be registered with the Speech Pathology Australia. Prior experience working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting is preferred. You will also need to have a car and license, as well as a National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or be willing to obtain one before commencement.
