Clinical Psychology Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Psychologist to lead our psychology clinic and team. As a key member of our ORS Group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to our clients, while also mentoring and guiding our team of Psychologists.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology, with experience in delivering evidence-based interventions and assessments. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing others.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those with mental health issues, disabilities, and other complex needs. You will be supported by our experienced General Manager and Learning & Development Manager, who will provide you with the resources and guidance you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Psychologists
- Provide high-quality psychological services to clients
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and assessments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Full Psychology Registration with AHPRA
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children
- Experience in delivering face-to-face, video, and telephone evidence-based psychological interventions
