About the Role:
bestchance Child Family Care is seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our dedicated Children's Therapy team. As a Speech Pathologist with our organization, you will work as part of a transdisciplinary Key Worker Model with a team of Allied Health professionals.
We are looking for an exceptional Speech Pathologist with a positive and proactive approach to work with children, families, and communities to build the capacity of individuals and families. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality services and have experience working with children as a clinician or therapist, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality services to children and their families, integrating developmental and therapeutic needs to increase children's meaningful participation in daily life.
- Work as part of a transdisciplinary team to deliver individual and group clinical work in clinic and community settings.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and families from diverse backgrounds.
