**The following is an overview of the activities our TA Specialists will undertake**:

- support the design and implementation of a Talent Acquisition Strategy to attract and retain top talent who fit our organisational culture and contribute to achievement of organisational objectives
- consider and recommend innovative solutions to talent sourcing including direct sourcing channels, market mapping, employee referrals, advertising, and building and utilising talent pools
- participate in the design and delivery of recruitment and selection training programs and education initiatives to build leadership capability in talent acquisition
- develop and manage a talent pipeline that is in line with the businesses current and future requirements by strategically forecasting roles that align to business needs
- contribute to the development and implementation of an internet and social media strategy campaign aimed at ensuring the company is appropriately positioned in the market
- experience contributing to the design and implementation of talent acquisition strategies and activities that attract and retain top talent who fit our organisational culture and contribute to achievement of organisational objectives.
- experience recruiting a variety of differing roles in a large, complex organisation
- a proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and ability to perform under tight deadlines in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
- the ability to develop plans and coordinate multiple roles simultaneously with stakeholders, managing conflicting deadlines and coordinating resources accordingly
- intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office and experience in delivering efficiencies via technology
- good problem-solving capability and ability to exercise sound judgement, exploring innovative approaches to sourcing strategies
- ability to pass any required health assessments
- ability to visit and work within a correctional or regional processing centre
- ability to travel both interstate and overseas as and when required to meet the needs of the business
- possession of the necessary work rights for Australia
- proven vaccination against Covid-19 (double vaccination) by a vaccine recognised in Australia
- willingness to undergo alcohol and drug testing as required of the business from time to time
