Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be the face of our banking brand, working in-branch to help customers achieve their financial goals.
You will use your exceptional customer service skills to understand individual needs and circumstances, and deliver tailored solutions that offer the most value for customers. You will also utilize your business acumen to identify new opportunities across various products and services.
- Handle transactions and engage in everyday banking conversations with customers
- Proactively reach out to customers both in-branch and over the phone, connecting them to suitable products and providing expert advice and seamless service
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS AND DEMONSTRATE A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF CUSTOMERS' NEEDS
- Take ownership of customer requests and proactively follow up on agreed actions
- Stay up-to-date with new banking products and services, including their features, benefits, and optimal delivery methods
- Educate customers on new technologies and tools that enhance their banking experience
- Ensure compliance with established bank and external policies and procedures to safeguard confidentiality and security
