**How will I help?**

You will be joining the Institutional Real Estate team which is responsible for high quality loan origination and delivery of best-in-class customer sales propositions for our client base. As a Relationship Manager you will be responsible for developing a cross-business culture of achievement and best practice, to optimise product sales and client relationships by providing Corporate & Institutional, Lending, Financial Markets, Debt Capital Markets and transactional banking solutions for clients. This role will have a strong bias for new-to-bank origination as we look to continue to build the NSW portfolio, with a primary focus on Private Clients.

You will also:

- Develop and strengthen new & existing customer relationships to foster customer confidence and optimise value.
- Manage the credit risk/quality of the portfolio in line with strategic priorities.
- Work with Credit partners and Product Partners, to support the approval and execution of transactions that deliver sustainable returns. Be highly responsive and innovative to client needs and proactively driving new opportunities.

**What do I need?**

You will have proven skills and experience demonstrating capability to manage a portfolio of Real Estate customers with a diverse range of needs. You will be known for your strong analytical, communication, networking and relationship development skills.
- Proven ability to understand Real Estate markets, Real Estate risks across a broad client base, multiple asset classes and financial structures (Private, Corporate, Institutional).
- Have experience across both development and investment.
- Proven experience across credit & operational risk management, loan markets origination/execution, portfolio management and compliance.
- In-depth current product knowledge and insights into industry trends. Degree qualified in an analytical focused field such as finance, business, or accounting.
