Flexdoc is a fast-growing lending partner for self-employed entrepreneurs. We deliver innovative solutions across residential, commercial, and development finance. Our mission is to provide better lending for self-employed clients who are often overlooked or underserved by traditional banks.

We are now looking for a Banking Relationship Manager to join our team and help us scale.

The Role

As a Relationship Manager, you will bring your experience from a major bank and apply it in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You will work with a portfolio of self-employed and business clients across residential, commercial, or a mixture of both lending. Your role is to build deep relationships, structure solutions, and deliver outcomes quickly and with clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client relationships across residential and commercial lending.
  • Assess and structure deals for self-employed and business clients.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless client outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to add value to clients through Flexdoc's solutions.
  • Contribute to business development and growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working at a major bank, in residential, commercial, or both.
  • Strong knowledge of credit, structuring, and client relationship management.
  • A solutions-driven mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to develop your career in a scale-up business.
