Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Candidates with a background in payroll management, who can oversee our monthly pay runs for 1,000 employees. As a key member of our team, you will ensure seamless payroll operations and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to resolve discrepancies and prepare payroll reports.
  • Manage payroll related calculations, such as new hires payments, termination pays, and FTE changes.
  • Prepare and review pay run variances, ensuring all amounts are accurately processed.
  • Assist the senior payroll officer with payroll reporting and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in payroll management in a corporate organization.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation Package

Our salary range is between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive offer that reflects the importance of this role in our organization.
