About the Role:
- Manage and maintain Australian payroll emails, handle payroll inquiries, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist outsourcer with pay run preparations and provide employee movements on a timely basis.
- Prepare payroll-related calculations, such as new hires payments, termination pays, FTE changes, and more.
- Accurately process payroll for 1,000 employees on a monthly basis.
- Prepare pay run variance reports and ensure seamless payroll operations with HR and finance departments.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records.
- Collaborate with senior payroll officers on payroll reporting and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in payroll functions within a corporate organization.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail in previous roles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of Preceda is an advantage but not essential.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
