About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Merchandise Specialist to join our Digital Marketing & Trade team at the Cotton On Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in achieving budgeted sales and gross profit through analysis and adjustment of merchandise stock levels, website integrity, range, and position on our eCommerce website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize merchandise stock levels and website performance
  • Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to inform product range and pricing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchants, marketing, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of trade activities
  • Utilize web analytics tools and financial analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an eCommerce and Digital Marketing environment, preferably within the fashion retail sector
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the use of web analytics tools, financial analysis, and forecasting
  • Strong project management, planning, execution, and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms, tools, and technologies used for website merchandising and management, preferably within the retail sector
