Claims Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Claims Management Specialist to manage complex and high value home claims, making sound technical decisions on liability, cost, quality, timelines while meeting compliance and performance standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive working relationships with external partners and support colleagues with technical guidance.
  • Adhere to RAA policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations; identify and report risks.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality service and outcomes for members.
  • Extensive experience in General Insurance Home Claims.
  • Skilled in managing high claim volumes with strong knowledge of insurance practices, legislation, and industry codes.
  • ANZIIF qualifications highly regarded; passionate about embracing emerging technologies in a digital-first environment.
