Job Title: Claims Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Claims Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing property claims from start to finish.

You will engage with customers through high-volume phone calls and help them navigate their claims process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the entire claims process end-to-end
  • Responding to customer calls in a timely manner
  • Providing excellent customer service for complex claims
  • Communicating clearly to address and resolve claims issues
  • Reviewing and deciding on claims according to company policy
