Main Responsibilities:

  • Built strong partnerships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders to optimize operational expenses and enhance services
  • Maintained accurate records and reporting to ensure effective resource management and monitoring
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Senior management experience within contract catering or hospitality, with a solid understanding of operational and financial management principles
  • Chef qualification essential, along with knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices, particularly in aged care and education
