About the Role:

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will:

  • Oversee all daily bistro operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Use our core values - fun, positive, care and growth - to manage, train, and develop front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and high‑performing team culture.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and FOH teams for seamless service and communication.
  • Plan, manage, and execute functions, venue bookings, special events, and promotions to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with event organisers to ensure functions are successful and memorable.
  • Monitor financial transactions and manage expenses for profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and all licensing requirements.
  • Uphold and role-model high standards of customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Design and implement effective operational procedures, and oversee staff rosters.

About You – Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume venue.
  • Demonstrated success with function management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of staff training and development.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills, with a hands-on, customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to create efficient operational processes and manage under pressure.
  • Knowledge of current food and beverage trends.
  • Rostering experience.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods as required.
