Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Food and Beverage Manager to lead our quick-service retail operation at Newcastle Airport.

This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional quality food and service standards. The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience and be able to implement leadership skills, manage cash, stock and labor, as well as ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and site policies/procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous Supervisory Experience: A minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience in a similar industry or role is required.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to support the clear direction to team members on shift and supervise staff to achieve high-quality results.
  • Cash, Stock and Labour Control: Proven ability to manage cash, stock and labor resources effectively.
  • Dispute Management/Conflict Resolution: Ability to resolve disputes and conflicts in a professional manner.
