Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef and Operations Manager to lead our kitchen team and oversee daily store and kitchen operations. The successful candidate will have exceptional food quality, safety standards, and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store and kitchen operations ensuring seamless execution of restaurant protocols.
- Manage key performance indicators (financial and rostering) to drive business growth.
- Supervise and coach team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
- Maintain high-quality food standards and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills with hands-on approach to motivate and inspire team members.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and food quality.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in executive chef or operations management role.
