Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the Implementation Team, working to address recommendations and improve police responses to domestic and family violence. This role involves developing and implementing governance requirements related to the Commission of Inquiry into QPS response to Domestic and Family Violence (COIDFV) and Women's Safety and Justice Taskforce (WSJTF) recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain high-level communication networks, providing expert advice to senior management, internal, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multi-disciplined teams focused on delivering continuous improvement in Unit business activities.
  • Develop and implement projects, preparing relevant project documentation.
  • Provide strategic advice on opportunities and business improvements related to vulnerable and marginalised persons.
  • Initiate and develop initiatives through a build, measure, and learn approach.
  • Lead and direct an outcomes-focused workplace, fostering an inclusive culture.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and briefing material on the Service's response to vulnerable and marginalised persons.
