About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex software and system projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality assurance processes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in project management with experience in delivering complex software and system projects.
  • Significant commercial experience (5+ years) working in complex, multi-discipline engineering and software projects.
  • A degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Training in PMP, Prince 2, or similar project management methodology.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
