Workplace Technology Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Technology Specialist for a 6-month contract to deliver technical support and drive the next phase of our Windows 11 upgrade project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing onsite technical assistance and troubleshooting for end users.
  • Deploying and managing devices using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot.
  • Packaging and deploying applications for Windows endpoints.
  • Contributing to Phase 3 of the Windows 11 upgrade rollout.
  • Managing and maintaining office network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
  • Supporting audiovisual systems setup and maintenance.
  • Administering Azure AD and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and hardware/software asset inventory.
  • Handling digital certificates, patching, and regular infrastructure maintenance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and app packaging.
  • Solid understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience in Azure AD and Microsoft 365 support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
