
Lead Data-Driven Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive demand generation and deliver high-quality leads.
This role oversees all aspects of lead generation campaigns, from strategy and planning to execution and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that attract qualified leads.
- Provide expert SEM advice and recommendations including researching, building, optimising and scaling paid search initiatives.
- Design, test, and optimise paid social campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Measure campaign performance to inform and adjust campaign strategies.
- Deliver actionable insights and detailed reporting to measure the impact of digital marketing activities.
- Oversee partner relationships, ensuring delivery against performance targets.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn etc.)
- Proficient in using data analytics and marketing technology platforms to inform decisions and analyse campaign performance.
- Experience with automation tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
