Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annumAbout the Role

The Chief Operating Officer will serve as the Integrator for all Absolute Immigration entities, aligning divisions and driving strategy and operational success. This role requires visionary leadership, innovation, and a commitment to excellence while maintaining our values of integrity and people-first principles.

  • Develop and implement long-term business strategies, setting financial and operational goals for the entire organisation via annual Business Plans and budgeting.
  • Ensure smooth operation of all entities, with each division working towards common objectives, focusing on automation and improving efficiencies.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance to ensure that targets are being met.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance across all entities and divisions.
  • Oversee risk management practices across all divisions, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry-specific legislation.

This role is based at our office and we offer a hybrid working model. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business expansion, domestically and internationally, as well as strong communication skills, analytical problem-solving, and an ability to establish long-lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and leaders.
