The Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Finance Director to join our team in the UK&I region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our ambitious leadership team, driving business growth and expansion across Europe. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and delivering results-driven financial plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth and expansion across the UK&I region
  • To lead cross-functional teams to deliver key business objectives, including revenue growth, cost reduction, and process improvement
  • To build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and external partners
  • To provide expert financial guidance and advice to the leadership team, ensuring sound decision-making and effective resource allocation
  • To identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company remains financially stable and secure

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Finance Director who can drive business success in the UK&I region. Key requirements include:

  • A strong background in finance, with a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and delivering results-driven financial plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks
  • A deep understanding of financial markets and trends, with the ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £120,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid holidays.
