Belonging and Inclusion Expert

About the Role:

As a key member of our diversity, equity, and inclusion team, you will play a vital role in driving cultural change across our organisation. You will work closely with senior leaders to integrate inclusive practices into our business strategy, ensuring that our policies and programs support the needs of all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance employee experience and promote belonging across all aspects of our business.
  • Partner with HR teams to design and deliver training programs focused on unconscious bias, microaggressions, and inclusive leadership.
  • Analyse data to identify gaps in current practices and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed inclusive values into our operations, products, and services.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong background in human resources or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience partnering with executive leaders on D&I matters, representing the organisation with industry associations and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate complex insights to stakeholders.
