Job Overview

The Customer Success Leader is responsible for driving growth and retention across the APAC region. They will lead a team to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and key performance outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Accountability for growth and retention of the APAC portfolio (Approx U$10M ARR/ 4.2K Customers)
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Customer Success Centre
  • Monitor customer health and work with internal teams to address issues
  • Identify opportunities to expand client use of products and services
  • Define escalation workflows, customer complaints, and concerns governance
  • Serve as an advocate for overall customer experience, proposing improved solutions, process workflows, and automation opportunities
