Key Responsibilities:- Understand and address intricate business challenges within targeted territories and accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer internal systems and information topology.
- Map customer problems and systems to relevant solutions.
- Establish confidence in recommendations through product expertise, custom product demonstrations, technical discussions, workflow outlines, and business process diagrams.
- Effectively communicate selected recommendations.
- Deliver trusted, long-term, high ROI solutions that meet customer needs.
- Partner with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date on the core platform, including current and future features.
- Apply knowledge gained from production deployments and customer experiences to drive business success.
- 8+ years of experience in a pre-sales role selling SaaS solutions and concepts.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
- Pre-sales experience in a mid-market or enterprise-level SaaS offering, ideally cloud-based.
- Proven ability to deliver software demonstrations in person and virtually.
