Executive Talent Acquisition Leader

We are seeking a strategic and innovative leader to drive our national Talent Acquisition team forward. This 18-month opportunity will focus on building a unified, agile, and impactful talent function.

The successful candidate will bring extensive leadership experience in large-scale talent acquisition models and have a strong track record of delivering measurable impact through innovation and people leadership.

  • Proven leadership managing national or multi-state talent acquisition teams within complex service industries
  • Expertise in workforce planning, sourcing, and high-volume recruitment with a strong knowledge of recruitment technologies
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion, including leading Indigenous recruitment initiatives aligned with organisational values
  • Experience collaborating with executive leaders to embed sourcing strategies that align with organisational objectives
  • A proven ability to deliver measurable impact through innovation and people leadership

Talent Acquisition Experience:

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in talent acquisition leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and practices
