We are seeking a highly experienced leader to oversee the centralisation and optimisation of recruitment functions, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and impact. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape workforce planning strategies and embed diversity and inclusion initiatives.
About the Role- Lead national or multi-state talent acquisition teams within a large complex service industry.
- Oversee continued centralisation and optimisation of recruitment functions across multiple states.
- Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and impact in talent acquisition.
- Drive strategic talent sourcing and partnering opportunities while improving processes.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to shape recruitment-driven workforce planning and diversity strategies.
- Nurture a positive team culture promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
