- Proven leadership managing national or multi-state talent acquisition teams within a large complex service industry.
- Expertise in strategic workforce planning, sourcing, and high-volume recruitment.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with recruitment technologies, including automation and strategic sourcing.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion, including leadership of initiatives aligned with our Reconciliation Action Plan.
- Experience collaborating with executive and senior leaders to embed sourcing strategies that align with organisational values and mission.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the centralisation and optimisation of recruitment functions across multiple states. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape recruitment-driven workforce planning, embed diversity and inclusion strategies, and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and impact.
