We are seeking an experienced HR leader or senior business partner to support our growing HR team in a key role.
The Key ResponsibilitiesThey will play a crucial part in addressing diverse HR needs and driving efficiency by managing industrial relations, workplace health and safety, workers' compensation, and fair work compliance issues. Additionally, they will handle payroll queries and contractual changes, spearhead training for first-line managers, and streamline onboarding, induction, and recruitment processes using an HRIS platform.
Your ProfileWe are looking for an experienced HR professional with a demonstrated ability to manage a growing team, implement IT-driven efficiencies, and guide better practices. You should have strong expertise in HRIS systems and process improvement, as well as the ability to address workplace compliance, IR, WHS, and training needs effectively. Proven leadership in driving transformative HR functions and exceptional communication and consultative skills are also essential.
