Category Manager Role

We are driven by a shared vision to reimagine the future of beauty.

This position requires you to act as the custodian and champion for your designated category/ categories.

You will be accountable for tracking omnichannel category performance, implementing strategies, identifying trends, and optimizing category growth and performance.

Additionally, you will negotiate trading terms, manage brand launches, plan animations, and coordinate brand delistings.

You will also oversee floorplan management, store openings and renovations, ensuring optimal assortment allocation according to allocated space.

We seek an experienced professional with at least 8 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability.
