We are seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Silvesters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless operations.

About the Role

\

This role involves supervising staff, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and ensuring that guest needs are met. You will be responsible for completing opening and closing duties, inspecting storage areas, monitoring dining rooms, and assisting management with hiring and training.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their duties and responsibilities.\
  3. Maintain high standards of quality and safety, adhering to company policies and procedures.\
  4. Ensure that guest needs are met, responding promptly to any concerns or issues.\
  5. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, and locking doors.\
  6. Inspect storage areas, ensuring they are organized, clean, and comply with FIFO principles.\
  7. Monitor dining rooms, checking for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.\
  8. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.\
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.\
  10. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets.\
  11. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.\
  12. Speak with others using clear and professional language, developing and maintaining positive working relationships.\
  13. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, identifying and implementing new ways to increase organizational efficiency and productivity.\
