About the VenueOur restaurant has been an Adelaide institution since 1989, renowned for its excellent service and food. Located just seven minutes from the CBD, our picturesque setting offers a unique dining experience. We provide fine dining lunch and dinner services, as well as various function options.
The RoleThis role involves overseeing lunch and dinner services from Wednesday onwards. You will work closely with the Owners and Functions Manager to manage functions and events. Your input will be valued across all areas of the venue, including Functions, Bar, and Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Train and develop staff effectively in a team environment
- Provide outstanding food and beverage service with a passion for quality
- Manage multiple responsibilities with strong time-management skills
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and clients
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of experience in hospitality management
