Lead Business Product Manager
">Join a business banking team that offers services and solutions to small to medium, enterprise customers.

">As an experienced Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for the value, viability, and key results of Deposit product portfolios. You are proficient in customer obsession, expert knowledge on user experience, data insights, and core product management capabilities.
">You will lead 5-10 high performing product managers, driving people engagement, capability uplift, and talent strategy across the team. We help deliver a better future for our Everyday Business Banking operations.
">Key Responsibilities
">- 7+ years of Product Management experience within Business or Consumer Deposit products
">- Demonstrated People Leadership experience
">- Strong commercial and technical experience across pricing and product lifecycle management
">- Excellent communication skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders
">- Appropriate university qualification; degree or masters
">- Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and ability to work flexibly through change
