Product Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the development of exceptional products.
The product lead will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the stewardship of backend and platform capabilities that enable the development of customer-focused products.
In this pivotal role, you will translate business requirements into actionable specifications, prioritise product backlogs, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain backend and platform capabilities that empower market-facing squads to accelerate time to market
- Enable new product capabilities by developing tech foundations
- Collaborate with other squads within the organisation and across departments
Requirements:
- Product Management experience: 3+ years of experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact products at scale
- Tertiary qualification in business, technology or a related field
- Hands-on experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications with engineers
- Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to complex problems using sound judgement
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
