Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and management of our product portfolio. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end product management, business analysis, risk management, or project delivery. You will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, delivering on our roadmap, and addressing issues and incidents.

You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver customer-focused outcomes through risk optimization and product fulfillment. Your strong analytical skills and ability to think critically will enable you to make informed decisions and influence senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Product Owner to bring the product strategy to life
  • Planning and managing initiatives across the squad to deliver on customer and business outcomes
  • Implementing and leading projects and initiatives, including tech changes and verification testing
  • Maintaining market awareness and recommending new products or features
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in banking or financial services
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end product management, business analysis, risk management, or project delivery
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and lead cross-functional teams
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or Finance
