Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advice and support to managers and team leaders in building inclusive workplaces and practices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance on developing culture and engagement strategies and actions
  • Contributing to the development of organisational frameworks, policies and procedures that model professional and ethical behaviour
  • Partnering with stakeholders to design, develop and deliver resources supporting line managers in employee and volunteer management
  • Identifying and monitoring trends and emerging issues in education and training
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • BUILDING networks and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders and clients
  • Undertaking research, analysis, design, development and delivery of innovative improvement products, including systems, processes, education, training and consultancy in employee and volunteer engagement

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical/Operational/Educational experience: Highly desirable human resource management and workplace training adult education
