Workplace Design Specialist

The Workplace Design Standards and Insight Lead plays a pivotal role in the onsite account team, responsible for maintaining global design standards and continuously improving workplace effectiveness.

This position involves overseeing design strategy and advising on capital works projects, as well as analyzing data to identify opportunities for enhancing workplace design.

The Specialist will provide expert advice on workspace design, maintaining and evolving client's global design standards across all aspects of workplace strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design Strategy & Project Execution: Serve as the subject matter expert for workspace design, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Risk Management & Commercial Acumen: Translate workplace operations into design and contractual standards that align with business objectives.
  • Project Delivery & Vendor Partnerships: Support project delivery and vendor management by assisting in the selection and onboarding of design vendors.
  • Stakeholder Relationships & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Property & Workplace teams to evolve and align design standards with workplace strategy.
  • Workplace Insights: Analyze and improve workplace standards and experience by leveraging various data sources.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in workplace design and project delivery.
  • Strong autonomy and teamwork skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client-focused mindset.
  • A deep understanding of customer experience and strategic planning is essential.
