Job Title: Enterprise Security Solutions Expert

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for clients' various environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical support and administration via ITSM toolsets within the Service Health Indicator (SHI) timeframe.
  • Engage with third-party vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in client projects as required.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Design and implement detailed-level designs.
  • Participate in out-of-hours activities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Microsoft Server 2016/2019 products and integrated technologies.
  • Proficiency in Delinea Secret Server.
  • Experience in Active Directory and Identity Management Services.
  • Knowledge of Citrix Studios and Director.
  • Advanced scripting skills.
  • ITIL V3/V4 certification.
  • Tenable AD experience.
  • Certificate management experience.
  • NV2 security clearance is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Microsoft certifications or equivalent experience.
